- What file formats do you offer?
All our models are available in STL (Stereolithography) format. Our ready-to-cut products are offered in G-Code format, which you can load directly into your CNC machine.
- CNC machines which is compatible with your models?
Our STL files are compatible with all modern CNC milling and machining centers. Our G-Code files are prepared to be compatible with widely used control units. For detailed information, see the product description.
- With which software are G-Code files optimized to work?
Our G-Code files are usually optimized using popular CAM software such as ArtCAM, Vectric Aspire or PowerMill. If you require a custom post-processor, please contact us before ordering.
- What are the dimensions and resolution of the models?
All our models are high resolution and detailed. The scales are specified in standard dimensions, but you can easily scale the STL files in your own CAM software.
- When will I receive my order delivery?
All our products are digital products. Immediately after payment is approved, the download link for in-stock products will be sent to your e-mail address and/or will be active instantly in the “Downloads” section of your account. The preparation time for out-of-stock products varies between 1 and 7 days, depending on the order quantity.
- Which pay methods do you accept?
For your safety, we accept all internationally accepted credit cards and local payment methods.
- What is your payback (refund) policy?
Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the download is complete. However, if you experience a file format or technical issue, we provide quick support to resolve your issue.
- Do you offer discounts on bulk purchases?
Yes, we offer special corporate discounts for regular and bulk purchases. Please contact us to get a bulk price quote.
- Can I use the models I purchased for commercial purposes?
Yes. All models you purchase have unlimited commercial use on physical tombstones to be produced by you. However, you may not sell, share or distribute the model files (STL or G-Code) to third parties.

- Can I place a custom design order?
Yes. If you need a grave stone model that is not in the catalog and is completely specific to you, you can reach us from the contact section of our site.
