This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made through Erd Model Store. By purchasing any product from our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
All products sold on this website are digital products only, including but not limited to 3D models, STL files, and other downloadable digital content. No physical products or shipping services are provided.
1. General Information
Due to the nature of digital products, delivery is performed electronically and usually completed immediately after successful payment.
Once a digital product has been delivered or made available for download, it cannot be physically returned.
2. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and digital content regulations:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products that are delivered electronically once access or download has begun.
By completing a purchase, the customer expressly agrees to the immediate delivery of the digital product and acknowledges the loss of the right of withdrawal.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are generally not provided for digital products. However, a refund may be considered in the following exceptional cases:
- The purchased digital file is corrupted or cannot be downloaded and the issue cannot be resolved
- The digital product does not substantially match the description provided on the product page
In such cases, the customer must contact us within a reasonable time and provide sufficient information regarding the issue.
4. Order Cancellation
Once payment is completed and the digital product is made available to the customer, order cancellation is not possible.
If access to the digital product has not yet been granted, cancellation requests may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, subject to technical feasibility.
