1.2. BUYER:
- The customer whose information is provided during the checkout process at www.erdmodelstore.com.
2. SUBJECT AND SCOPE The subject of this Agreement is the sale and delivery of digital products (3D models, STL files, etc.) under Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers. This Agreement also serves as the Preliminary Information Form.
3. PRODUCT AND PAYMENT
- Products: Digital 3D Models specified on product pages.
- Total Price: The final price displayed on the checkout page.
- Payment:
- Credit/Debit Card: Processed via iyzico.
- Bank Transfer: Access is granted after the Seller confirms the receipt of funds.
4. DELIVERY AND USAGE
- Delivery is completed once the digital content is accessible via download or email.
- Intellectual Property: All digital products are protected by intellectual property laws. The Buyer acquires a limited, non-exclusive license for personal use only. Resale or redistribution is prohibited.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (REFUND POLICY) In accordance with Article 15/ğ of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital products delivered instantly in an electronic environment. By completing the purchase, the Buyer acknowledges the loss of the right of withdrawal once download or access has started.
6. LIABILITY AND FORCE MAJEURE The Seller is not liable for technical issues arising from the Buyer’s hardware/software or force majeure events (server outages, etc.) beyond the Seller’s control.
7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION In case of disputes, the Buyer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) or Consumer Courts (Tüketici Mahkemesi) within the monetary limits set by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye.
8. ACCEPTANCE By placing an order, the Buyer confirms acceptance of all terms herein.
